Sunday was a real chill out day in the house. Everyone was tired and so R got out his amazing Pirates of the Caribean Lego ship out to build. He had it for his birthday and you can see it in the picture, it is amazing and the detail is fabulous. My eldest son is and always has been a Lego enthusiast and he couldn't resist taking over helping. The nice thing was that the two brothers spent most of the day together working on the ship and it was nice to see them and listen to them chatting away to each other. R is very proud of his ship and we had to move several other things out of the way to make room for it in his bedroom.
Monday was freezing cold and we had another fairly lazy day apart from doing school runs, A and I spent lots of time watching TV and playing. A is completely obsessed with Peppa Pig at the moment and she was so engrossed in Peppa at the time, that she didn't know I'd taken this photo.
Tuesday and this is L fresh out of the shower and shouting at me for taking photos. As someone pointed out on the 365 project site, lets hope he doesn't return the favour. That wouldn't be a 366 photo I can assure you.
Wednesday again and A was off to playgroup. She has been going for about of month now and although she is enjoying it, she clutches both my hand and her muslin and won't let go of either.
Thursday's photo is my favourite of the week. It was parent's evening on Wednesday and as both boys had extremely glowing reports, I took them to Frankie and Benny's for tea as a 'well done' treat. L was doing a wordsearch and was in his own little world. I played around with the photo a bit on Instagram and I rather like it.
Friday saw L and I comparing our hands. L was commenting about how old my hands looked (lovely child!) and I was telling him how when he was born the first thing I noticed were his giant hands! He is only six and he still has big hands!
Saturday was a chill out day in our house and we didn't do a lot, but A and I made some salt dough and she had a great time, squidging it and cutting out shapes. She did have a big shock when she tried to eat it though!
Come back next week and have a look at what we've been up to and if you want to see some more 366 projects, pop over to see The Boy and Me's linky for lots more inspiring photos.
