This week baby I promise

We have had the lovliest week this week. We spent most of the week down in Wales with Granny and Grandpa and it has been lovely to spend some quality time as a family without the distractions of the normal daily life. We had lots of play and we did even manage a run out along by the sea on the one day that it didn't rain.

This week baby I promise.... that as everything gets back to normal, to do lots of drawing and colouring with you as this is your favourite thing to do at the moment. I am going to let you use all of your lovely new colouring pens that Father Christmas bought you and I will print off some colouring sheets from Cbeebies for you to make some extra special pictures for daddy when he comes back from work.

    It's funny that with all of the gizmos and gadgets that kids have access to these days, colouring-in remains a firm favourite. We're off to the beach tomorrow but if it rains, I think I'll pull out the colouring-in books too. xo
