Blade & Rose Leggings Review

When you see the leggings created by Blade and Rose, it comes as no surprise that they were created by a mum.  Named after the middle names of her own children, Amanda decided that there was a need for leggings that are;

 "premium quality, funky, comfortable and that worked around the fact that most babies are crawling, climbing and upside down."

When we received our pair of leggings, both A and I gasped with excitement when we opened the tissue paper and these popped out.

They are beautiful.  The leggings are excellent quality and the design and the detail is fantastic.  They have a feel of tights but much thicker and A couldn't wait to put them on this morning. 

A is a very tall two year old and the leggings we received were 24 to 36 months.  As you can see, they fitted her beautifully and there is some growing room too.

There are a number of different designs in the range of Blade & Rose leggings and each design has the design running down the legs with a larger picture on the bottom.  Ideal for showing to the world when you are crawling around everywhere.  I loved the design and it made me smile seeing A running around showing her daisy to the world.

 

The leggings are made of 75% combed cotton, 20% nylon and 5% spandex and are available in sizes 0 - 6 months, 6 - 12 months, 12 - 24 months and 24 - 34 months.  A put the leggings through their paces and apart from a spot of cooking and being a pop star, we also went to soft play and played in the garden.  At the end of the day, when I finally took them off her, they had held their shape really well and are in the washing machine as I type as A wants to wear them again tomorrow!

It is well worth a look at the Blade & Rose website and looking at the other designs in the range as they are all gorgeous.  The leggings cost £10 which I think is reasonable for the quality and the unique design and they would make a lovely unusual present that any little girl would love.
