A wise person told me recently that 'light is a photographer's best friend'. It was not something I had ever really though about before, as I used to just point my camera and click. Of late, I have become a bit more discerning. I take a lot more photos than I used to, largely due to the fact that I have a good camera on my mobile and I do think a lot more about light and colours.
When the sun shines, we are all happier. The children are happier as it means that they can get out and about more and I am happier as sunshine means lots of lovely photos.
When I looked back through my photos to find some that were taken in the sunshine, I could have chosen hundreds, so I chose a few recent photos that have all been taken over the last few months. We have been really lucky this winter, as there has been lots of sunny days which have inspired some lovely photos.

DeleteLovely photos! And I totally agree - the light does make everyone happier. You really see that here in Sweden - the moment the days start getting longer and the sun makes an appearance, everyone is that little bit happier.
