So, what have we been up to this week?
Sunday, we went to the beautiful town of Stratford Upon Avon to do the Sport Relief Mile. It was a gorgeous, sunny day and the children absolutely loved getting involved and raising some money. The best bit for them though was getting a medal at the end.
After the excitement of Sunday, we had a stressful time preparing R for his grade one piano exam. He was really keen to do it and then became less enthusiastic as the week continued. This is him doing some last minute 'revision' in the car before he went in. He did really well, although we don't know the result yet!
A slightly happier R today! He does a football club after school and he was awarded the 'best attitude' trophy and a medal for taking part and he was thrilled.
A loves pink and girly things, but she is not keen on wearing dresses. She is much happier in trousers and leggings. I am just a bit gutted about this as after three boys, I do like buying girly dresses. Today she did actually choose a dress and we had an interesting time trying to get tights on. She was fascinated by the tights and kept rolling around to have a look at them!
My little sport nut! L is obsessed with sport. He spent an hour playing rugby, an hour playing football and then when he came in, he watched football on the television!
Friday and the children decided that they had had enough of me taking photos and so I struggled to get a nice shot. I snuck up on A when she was engrossed in Peppa Pig and took this, hence the unusual angle!

ReplyDeleteWho'd believe we'd be at week 13 already!! I love A in her tights, this made me chuckle when I saw it! You know I love the sleeping shot, it's just brilliant, you will def be able to tease them with that in later life ;)
