So week two of the project and it was back on the treadmill, well and truly as everyone was back at work and school and Christmas seemed like a distant memory. Things were fairly busy and so it was a bit more of a challenge to take interesting pictures. I had a real think about what I wanted from this project. If you go to the
365project.org website, you can browse through other people's photos and it is a sight to behold. There are some amazing photos. Brilliant. I am so inspired by all of the different types of photos on there and so I wondered if my photos were a bit boring. However, I am doing this project for me and so if the photos are a bit boring and if they are pretty much all of my gorgeous children, it doesn't matter as I want the project to be a year in the life of my family.

| Sunday a day an afternoon at the park. L loves the zipwire. |
 |
| Monday saw A and I in hospital all day as she was having breathing difficulties |
 |
| No family in this one! Just as we were leaving the house in the morning, I thought the sky looked fab behind those trees. |
 |
| R is eight at the end of the month, which means he will be moving up to Cubs. He has loved Beavers and it has been brilliant for him |
 |
| A had this hat for Christmas and she loves it. She, like her brothers has a massive head and the hat kept popping off which drove her crazy! |
 |
Friday was a shock as it was freezing! L said that he should be able to have a day off school as it was so cold.
No chance of that! |
 |
| Ok, now I have Instagram on my phone and I love it already. This is a rare photo of my teenage son. He doesnt like photos of himself, so I had to catch him unawares. I think he looks gorgeous here. |
So only fifty to go! Come back next week and have a look at what we've been up to and if you want to see some more 366 projects, pop over to see The Boy and Me's linky for lots more inspiring photos.
Don't know which is my favourite! I love the one of your teenage son, he looks very cool (and makes me feel old!) but I love the sky and trees one too.
ReplyDeleteThank you! Yes it makes me feel old too!
DeleteSo fab photos. Hope your daughter is feeling better. We shall be doing the hospital thing tomorrow - its our second home!
ReplyDeleteIt sometimes feels like out second home too! She is fine now thanks! Hope yours is nothing too serious!
DeleteSome nice shots. Love the way you've got the whole family covered through the week.
ReplyDeleteI hadn't realised that until you pointed it out! Thanks x
DeleteSorry your daughter had to go to hospital but that aside looks like a great week! My fav photos are the tree one and your teenage son - i am too old to say this but he looks quite hot in a mean and moody teenage way! How old is he? Lol x
ReplyDeleteI agree, that's what I am struggling with at the moment, I want to improve my photography...but want lots of portraits and family shots!
ReplyDeleteI love the one of your son...it's sooo my favourite, great photograph, of a very photogenic young man!
Thank you! And lovely lady thank you for commenting on my photos every day, I really appreciate it! Have a good week!
DeleteMy favourite one is the moody teenager! He is 16 by the way!
ReplyDeletehmmm bit too young for me then really lol now if i were 16 myself....... ;) x
DeleteI have a teenager rarely seen on camera and it is so nice to get a decent shot of them - handsome young man you have there x
ReplyDeleteThank you! He doesn't think so, but that is his age I think'
DeleteAll of them fab pics! The shot of the sky is amazing! Yes you have a very handsome teenager, bet he is a wee heartbreaker - looks like a really natural shot. I don't have an iPhone so I'm jealous of you having Instagram - it has lots of really cool effects. Hope little A is ok.

ps I tend to find the pics I like the most are the "ordinary" family shots. At the end of the year, I'd rather look back on 366 pics of my kids than 366 pics of anything else. You're doing a fab job xx
ReplyDeleteThat's kind of what I thought! I'm not a professional photographer so family shots are what I would normally take anyway! Thank you x
DeleteWhat a great variety of photos you've got, all great in their own way. I think my fave has to be the one of your teenager though, so rare to capture them looking so natural.
ReplyDeleteThank you! I very rarely take photos of him as he usually hides under his hair or throws things at me!
DeleteThese are great photos! I love the sunrise, and your teenage son's photo is brilliant! You've just captured that look perfectly! :D
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! Yes those are my favourites too! That is the I don't want to have my photo taken look!
DeleteWhat a great round-up post! Love the trees shot, hope your daughter is ok now and your teenage son is a real heartbreaker I bet? Gorgeous boy!
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking up to #Project366
Thank you for the lovely comments and my son is going through that teenage low self esteem period at the moment, so he doesn't think he's gorgeous, but he's never without a girlfriend!
ReplyDeleteGosh what a good looking lot!
ReplyDeleteA great selection of photos. We're a Scouting family so nice to see the photo of your boy at Beavers. Hope he enjoys Cubs when he moves up.
